Welcome to Manhattanville College's CHP Page for Domestic Students!

Consolidated Health Plans and Manhattanville College have customized this student health insurance plan to meet student needs. From this page, you can access important information about your plan with the links provided. When seeking care, first consult your Student Health Services. Student Health Services can provide many of your basic health care need and can help refer you to the outside physicians to best optimize the benefits of the health plan.

Student Health Services Referral Requirement
Students should first seek care from Manhattanville College Student Health Services (SHS). If the SHS cannot provide the service needed, the Student should obtain a referral for services to a Provider outside of the SHS. Students who do not get a SHS referral may have to pay an additional $50 deductible toward expenses incurred for treatment provided outside of the SHS.
For complete information, please see the Benefits Brochure.
Your plan includes the MagnaCare Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). You are not required to seek treatment from a MagnaCare Preferred Provider, however, there are benefit incentives when Preferred Providers are used. Click here for a complete listing of MagnaCare Providers. If you cannot locate your provider in the MagnaCare network, you can also access providers in the Multiplan PPO. Click here for a list of Multiplan providers. To learn more about your plan benefits, see your benefits brochure.
